Cassie Hiatt Films was previously Little Eye Film Co as a tribute to Cassie's little eye. Cassie was born completely blind in her right eye with poor vision in her left. Studying film in college ignited her passion to tell stories and be behind the camera yet she always felt like she couldn’t because of her little eye.
When she finally decided to pursue videography as much more than just a hobby, Cassie named her company Little Eye Film Co to prove to herself that you should never let anything get in the way of pursuing your dreams. Through that experience, she learned that she is who she is because of her eye, not despite it.
As Cassie grew as a filmmaker she realized that even though her eye is a huge part of who she is and why she is in business, there is so much more.
